Your mission
As a Project Manager youll play a critical role in the success of any project. Youll be responsible for defining how our products evolve in order to help our clients to do fashion with a clear focus in reducing overproduction.
This role requires a strong communicator a creative mind and someone with a passion for delivering customercentric solutions.
The journey
- Project Planning: Leads shaping sessions to define project scopes outcomes and priorities; participates in the cycle planning and betting process ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Risk Management: Identifies and assesses project risks develops mitigation strategies and monitors for potential issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintains regular communication with internal and external stakeholders providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Implements quality control measures to ensure that the project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Budget Control: Monitors project expenses and ensures that the project stays within budget.
- Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves potential roadblocks in a timely and effective manner.
- Reporting: Prepares regular project reports documenting progress risks and issues.
What youll bring to the team
- Degree in Management Engineering or other relevant field.
- Proven experience in project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong facilitation to lead shaping sessions and convey project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyse and prioritise product needs balancing business goals and team capacity.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry best practices.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- An empathetic inclusive and curious attitude.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with the SaaS and Tech environment.
- Strong understanding of web application functionality development processes and the ability to manage and oversee the build and deployment of webbased projects.
