Job Description

As a valued hotel business partner you will head the Talent & Culture function across a diverse range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Driving Team Engagement & Recognition Foster a positive workplace culture by leading internal team activities reward and recognition programs and action planning to enhance engagement.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting Collect analyse and interpret T&C data to support strategic decisionmaking and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Employee & Industrial Relations Provide guidance on workplace relations matters ensuring compliance with policies procedures and legislative requirements.
  • Implementation of Brand & Accor Initiatives Support and drive propertywide initiatives aligned with Accors strategic goals and brand standards.
  • Performance Management Partner with leaders to support performance reviews coaching and development plans to optimise individual and team effectiveness.
  • Leadership Support & Coaching Provide guidance coaching and support to Heads of Departments and their respective teams to enhance leadership capabilities and operational effectiveness.
  • Talent & Culture Administration Assist with various T&C administrative functions ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Workplace Health & Safety (OH&S) Collaborate with Heads of Departments and relevant committees to uphold a safe work environment and drive OH&S initiatives.
  • Learning & Development Support training and development initiatives across all departments to enhance team capabilities and career progression.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Talent and Culture leadership role in the Hospitality Industry.
  • Understanding of the Hospitality Industry General Award.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
  • A quick learner with a growth mindset.
