Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Product/Service Manager for our Data Integration and Dashboarding product. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement securing new customer engagement and ensuring the financial viability of the product. The candidate will coordinate closely with our development team to deliver highquality data solutions that meet our customer needs. The role also includes ensuring compliance with central directives and policies particularly regarding security and quality standards
Main activities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers (Bosch entities) fostering strong relationships to understand their data integration and dashboarding needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential customers
- Oversee the financial performance of the Data Integration and Dashboarding product ensuring that costs are managed effectively and profitability targets are met
- Develop and monitor budgets forecasts and financial reports related to the product
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Marketing Data Science or a related field
- Proven experience in product management or a related role
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer orientation
- Strong skills in requirements management and stakeholder relationship management
- Excellent financial comprehension with experience in financial processes such as demand planning price calculation and charging
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering results
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and digital analytics processes
- Preferred/Desired technical expertise in Google Analytics Google Cloud Platform Power BI and Funnel
