Job Description
Process Role description:
- Leading commercially Source to Award Contract management i..e..
- RFx (Request for Information Request for Quote and Request for Proposal) Management.
- Providing day to day operation related to esourcing activities in ERP System (Ariba/eSourcing tool) as per Global Procurement team requirements.
- Setting up and managing esourcing events (etenders eevaluation eauctions econtract management) and to maximize potential through early engagement with buyers and stakeholders as appropriate.
- Working with Global procurement teams to identify suitable goods and services to negotiate using etools.
- Administration and support of particular activities such as RFX creation and evaluation category management testing and project closure.
- Good understanding of legal contractual regional requirement of vendor.
- Ensuring that all incoming requests are processed in a timely manner with respect to procurement procedures.
- Ensuring that incoming enquires are answered in a professional fast and efficient manner.
- Gathering all required information as the first point of contact to ensure that customer enquiry can be resolved at earliest opportunity with minimal handoffs capture an accurate record of a customer enquiry in the system.
- Reporting incoming issues monitoring status and driving their resolution if any
- Providing support to different procurement projects within timelines
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree with Business Administration in Supply Chain Management Procurement or a related field.
- Minimum 48 years of experience supporting experience in procurement sourcing including eSourcing contract management preferably in a shared services or large organizational environment.
- Familiarity with Source to Contract (S2C) processes including vendor selection RFP/RFQ processes and contract management.
- Should have worked on eSourcing project planning & into indirect categories.
- Have run exclusive auctions & bid events.
- Strong understanding of procurement systems and tools (e.g. SAP Ariba Oracle Procurement Cloud or other esourcing and contract management platforms).
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a collaborative fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Information :
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of procurement policies contract law and supplier relationship management.
- Experience with eSourcing platforms or contract lifecycle management tools.
- Process improvement certifications (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
- Project management experience or certifications.
- Experience with global sourcing and international contract management.
- German language expertise
Working Conditions:
- Fulltime position typically in an office environment.
- Occasional work with crossfunctional teams across different time zones.
