Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Intersystems Developer with expertise in SQL Ensemble and healthcare messaging standards such as HL7 and FHIR. The ideal candidate will also have handson experience with Microsoft Azure cloud development including Function Apps Services and Storage Accounts. This role involves designing developing and maintaining healthcare integration solutions to ensure seamless data exchange across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain applications using Intersystems technologies including Ensemble and SQL.
  

• Implement and support healthcare messaging standards such as HL7 and FHIR for seamless data integration.
  

• Develop cloudbased solutions using Microsoft Azure services including Function Apps Storage Accounts and other related services.
  

• Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between healthcare systems and external partners.
  

• Optimize database queries and performance within Intersystems SQL environments.
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including healthcare professionals and IT staff to analyze and fulfill integration requirements.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to interoperability messaging and cloud services.
  

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes configurations and best practices.
  

• Stay up to date with evolving healthcare IT standards and cloud computing advancements.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Intersystems technologies including Ensemble and SQL.
  

• Strong knowledge of healthcare messaging standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
  

• Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud development including Function Apps Storage Accounts and related services.
  

• Proficiency in developing and managing database solutions within Intersystems SQL.
  

• Solid understanding of cloudbased integration architectures and security best practices.
  

• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional healthcare integration tools and standards.
  

• Knowledge of API development and RESTful web services.
  

• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools in cloud environments.
  

• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
