Job Description

(For Administrative Intern)

Responsibilities would be but not be limited to the following:

  • Participate in the promotion of using and upgrading the Banks new OA System platform program and its mobile version;
  • Assist in supporting for comprehensive report writing;
  • Assist in supporting for the high delegations reception work;
  • Assist in handling of the circulation of the Banks formal documents;
  • Assist in providing office managements support for the Bank (Notes/Hangxin user maintenance business cards printing etc.;
  • Assist in organizing the Banks general meetings and major events/activities;
  • Other administrative tasks assigned by the Head of department.

(For HR Intern)

Job purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain valuable handson experience in the field of Human Resources. As an HR Intern you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR department assisting in various HR functions and projects. This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience and a chance to develop essential skills in recruitment and training.

Responsibilities would be but not be limited to the following:

  • HR Administration: Support HR team in preparing HR reports such as contact list attendance reports training records etc. Other tasks related to staff file management/ sick leave management etc.
  • HRIS System maintenance: support the HR team to maintain the system.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Training Management: Support the communication and organization of trainings provided by the HQ or London training Center. Help with logistics coordination participate registration and training material preparation. Contribute to the evaluation and feedback process for training sessions. Support in collecting the record the attendance managing the budget etc.

 


    Qualifications :

    (For Administrative Intern)

    Profile (Technical Skills):

    • Knowledge of any OA Software is an asset
    • Having a good writing skill in Chinese/English is an asset
    • Very good use of MS Office software (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

    Profile (Soft Skills):

    • Team spirit good communication and proficiency with IT is considered as an asset

    Education:

    • At least a bachelors degree (BAC3 or equivalent) in the domain of Management Economy and Finance or Linguistics

    Language skills:

    • Chinese and English

    (For HR Intern)

    Profile (Technical Skills):

    • Currently pursuing a master degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
    • Previous similar HR Intern experience in multinational companies.
    • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

    Profile (Soft Skills):

    • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Language skills:

    • Fluent in English and Chinese


    Additional Information :
