Job Description
As IMPEX Manager (PH) you are part of driving the overall Distribution Centre result by supporting daytoday Import and Export ensure compliance to standards & local legislation and support global initiatives for trade and customs enhancements.
Support the Distribution Centre operations embracing the H&M values policies and all relevant procedures and collaborate with the DC (Distribution Centre) Manager and all teams.
Maximize operational excellence quality and efficiency in a sustainable way for our customers in all brands and channels.
Qualifications :
- Coordinate and manage all local import and export processes for commercial and NCG. Ensure and manage efficient handling of customs formalities in crossregion trades. Timely submission of entries for customs clearance and ensure compliance with global rules standards and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs.
- Support opportunities to optimize local customs and tax in line with local regulations and aligned with Global Trade & Customs department and strategies. Communicate with state customs and other regional regulators. Support global initiatives/projects with regional expertise. Review of Freight Invoices both regional and global.
- Closely collaborate with Tax and Accounting to ensure compliance with country requirements. Handle missing / damage cargo with related department both regionally and globally and insurance company.
- Act as local first contact to Regional Sales for crossborder questions for existing setups. Ensure compliance with global rules standards and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs.
- Make business interactions and teamwork across different business functions & subsidiaries to ensure the best trade business solutions.
Additional Information :
To be successful as a Impex Manager you have deep expertise in import and export processes in region across all types of crossborder flows. Strong understanding of Global Trade & Customs rules and regulations for local . You are a strong communicator with ability to encourage collaboration cocreation and people development by empowering others.
