About the Role:
As a Business Process Manager consultant at Blue Lobster you will collaborate with our clients to analyze design and implement effective business process improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs identify areas for optimization and develop solutions that drive business value.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Designing and documenting new or improved processes using industry best practices.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and build consensus.
- Developing process flowcharts standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other documentation.
- Implementing process improvements and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Using process mapping tools and software (e.g. Visio BPMN).
- Conducting process audits and performance evaluations.
- Managing change and ensuring smooth transitions during process implementations.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Providing training and support to endusers on new processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Process Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business process management methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
- Experience with process mapping and documentation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management principles.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Fluency in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
- Experience with change management.
