We are now looking for a Business Controller to join our team and support our operations in Finland Sweden and Norway!
In this role you will contribute to financial reporting analysis and strategic decisionmaking. Your monthly tasks include participating in monthend reporting and financial result analysis while also supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. You provide important business support through various financial analyses and investigations. In addition you might also contribute to M&A activities with related calculations.
You will be part of our Finlandbased group finance team reporting to the Head of Group Business Control. Additionally you will collaborate closely with our local business operations and teams in Sweden and Norway.

What are we looking for
To succeed in this role you should have at least 5 years of experience in business controlling supported by excellent Excel skills and a relevant educational background such as an MSc in Economics or Finance. Preferably you are an expert in management accounting with a good understanding of also financial accounting. Experience in M&A activities or familiarity with system projects and BI applications is an advantage.
We are looking for someone with a proactive and analytical mindset and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are driven for process and system improvement and adaptable to change. Fluency in English and Swedish is required while Finnish is considered an advantage. You can be based in the Stockholm area or anywhere in Finland. The role requires the ability to travel within the Nordic region.
