Position Summary:
The Infor SyteLine/CSI Developer will be responsible for ERP development efforts to support business needs ensuring data integrity and performing advanced system analysis. This role involves designing and implementing solutions optimizing system functionality and developing policies to streamline operations. The developer will play a key role in system enhancements testing documentation and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on business processes and ERP solutions within a manufacturing environment.

• Design document and implement business requirements workflows and system configurations.

• Ensure efficient utilization of development resources and best practices in system design.

• Participate in the development and of ERP implementation and rollout plans.

• Develop strategies for optimizing business process flows and leveraging system functionality.

• Create and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure system integrity and efficiency.

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Identify and analyze systemrelated issues providing resolutions and documentation.

• Maintain training materials and provide user training and ongoing support.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline business processes.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5 years of handson experience in Infor SyteLine/CSI development for cloudbased solutions.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration into manufacturing processes.

• Experience with Infor Mongoose SyteLine/CloudSuite (CSI) FactoryTrack M365 and analytical tools (experience with BIRST is a plus).

• Proficiency in software development methodologies including SDLC and Agile/Sprint approaches.

• Advanced problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and optimize workflows and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience with cloudbased ERP implementations.

• Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools such as BIRST.
