Job Description
- Deliver exceptional service with comprehensive knowledge of menu items beverages and potential allergens
- Execute precise ordertaking and efficient payment processing using the Point of Sale system
- Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally continuously improving service techniques
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to all company policies food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications :
- Minimum of one 1 year of experience required in a fastpaced highend bar or luxury property and/or substantial food and beverage experience in a high volume capacity
- Operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale system an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment while working cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Indepth knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology techniques
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
