Job Description
- Prepare and moderate sprint plannings for multiple working teams established in an international environment;
- Facilitate working group sessions;
- Prepare and moderate sprint reviews and follow up on defined actions;
- Optimize meeting cascade within team;
- Keep product owner informed about challenges and limitations on the working topics.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in leading projects > 5 years);
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools;
- Capable of taking responsibility for project targets of time and quality in line with
- team members and stakeholders;
- Analytical and structured working style;
- Good and effective communication and presentation skills;
- Active listener capable of promoting fruitful empathy with customers and project
- teams;
- Proactive attitude with a problem solving mindset;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment;
- Onsite (Aveiro) but 1 or 2 days homeoffice possible.
