ViralChilly is a digital agency which provides digital marketing and WordPress development services to clients from USA Canada Netherlands and Australia mainly.
We are looking for a business development executive for:
- Lead Generation business growth though calls social media and amp; New Lead for the Company
- Contacting potential clients via email chat phone and other mediums
- Provide Online software demonstration installation and selfsupport to the clients
- Improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Handle software related customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and amp; alternatives within the time limit
- Contribution in providing technical support to the customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Closing deals by client interaction and bidding
- Managing data of clients.
- Preparation of presales material such as proposal writing email writing followups.
Key Skills
- Good with written and verbal communication including technical writing skills and with pleasing personality.
- Basic knowledge of Computer
