About the Role
We are hiring a Product Manager for a leading SaaSbased Virtual Event Platform. This role requires expertise in product strategy event technology user engagement and datadriven decisionmaking. The ideal candidate will work on enhancing platform features optimizing live streaming and improving event engagement tools while collaborating with engineering sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute the product vision roadmap and gotomarket strategy.
Prioritize features based on market trends customer feedback and business goals.
Conduct competitive analysis to drive innovation in virtual event solutions.
Feature Development & User Experience
Enhance event engagement tools such as live chat networking AI matchmaking and Q&A.
Optimize the UI/UX to ensure seamless virtual event experiences.
Integrate with thirdparty platforms (CRM payment gateways analytics tools etc..
Event Tech & Platform Optimization
Improve live streaming video conferencing and realtime interaction features.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure platform scalability and stability.
Implement AIdriven personalization for attendee recommendations and content curation.
Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
Use tools like Google Analytics Mixpanel SQL to monitor user behavior and event success.
Optimize conversion rates attendee retention and engagement strategies using data insights.
Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering marketing sales and design teams to align product goals.
Engage with clients event organizers and stakeholders to understand their needs.
Manage API integrations and thirdparty partnerships to enhance platform functionality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
510 years of experience in product management preferably in SaaS or event technology
Handson experience with virtual event platforms live streaming or video conferencing tools.
Strong understanding of UI/UX customer engagement and AIdriven personalization.
Proficiency in product analytics tools (Google Analytics Mixpanel SQL etc..
Experience in API integrations agile methodologies and crossfunctional team management.
Ability to analyze market trends competitor insights and define a winning product strategy.
