Job Description
- Lead the implementation of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)
- Promote inquirybased learning and ensure alignment with IB standards
- Recruit mentor and evaluate teachers
- Foster professional growth and a collaborative work environment
- Ensure a safe inclusive and nurturing environment
- Support the holistic development of each student
- Build strong relationships with parents and the school community
- Communicate the schools mission and values effectively
- Oversee daily operations and manage resources efficiently
- Ensure compliance with IB standards and local regulations
- Contribute to the schools strategic goals
- Integrate innovative practices and technology into the curriculum
Qualifications :
- More than 2 years fulltime in management experience in IB school
- Teaching license
- Bachelor degree and above in language or education field with a teaching credential
- Outstanding communication skills
Additional Information :
- Monthly salary is up to 70000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Free on campus apartment
- Flight reimbursement is up to RMB 10000 for one academic year
