Job Description
Oversee the daytoday operations of the retail store.
Manage train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Implement sales strategies & promotional activities to drive revenue.
Monitor store inventory stock levels and visual merchandising.
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues.
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
Maintain store compliance with company policies & operational standards.
Requirements
Minimum 35 years of experience in retail management.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Strong leadership & team management abilities.
Proven track record in driving sales performance.
Excellent customer service & problemsolving skills.
Knowledge of inventory management & store operations.
