Job Description for Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook Instagram TikTok)
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers and engagement
Schedule and post content consistently
Engage with the audience and respond to comments and messages
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with the artist to ensure content aligns with their brand and music style
Research and stay updated on social media trends in the music industry
Requirements
Experience in social media management preferably in the music or entertainment industry is a must
Proficiency in using various social media platforms and scheduling tools (Facebook Instagram TikTok)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content
Basic understanding of social media analytics
Proactive and selfmotivated work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
