Job Description
The role holder will be responsible for MIS reporting for the organization and hr coordination & salary preparation for BC s. Some key deliverables shall be as follows
1. MIS and Information Management
2. Understand Sales & Marketing Plans from Superior & provide MIS support accordingly
3. Ensure ontime generation of all MIS / Reports (Daily Weekly Monthly MIS Annual MIS etc. for perusal of the sales team marketing team and the management
4. Working on Sales Analytics
5. Support in CRM
6. Support in order operations e.g. coordination for salary preparation with contractors for BCs
Requirements
Exposure & Experience:
a) Individuals who have had the exposure of MIS reporting in Skin care/Cosmetics and similar industries in the last 2 years will have a distinct advantage in this role
b) Exposure of Sales would be a desired qualification
