An educational degree, such as Bachelor’s in Education Degree or related field.
A certified teaching qualification such PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate or equivalent (the PGCE must be accompanied by a subject relevant Bachelor’s Degree)
Minimum two years of experience teaching Spanish (international experience is an advantage but not required)
Exceptional subject knowledge, with extensive experience of teaching the British National Curriculum in every key stage.

A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning.
A commitment to actively participate in extracurricular activities after school hours
Student Support and Engagement
Individualized Support: Provide additional help to students who may struggle with the language and offer enrichment opportunities for advanced learners.
Encouraging Participation: Motivate students to actively participate in class activities, speaking exercises, and group work to build their confidence in using the language.
Encourage Extracurricular Learning: Promote opportunities for students to use Spanish outside the classroom, such as through cultural events, trips, or language clubs.
