Independent Sales Agent (Remote/Hybrid Within 2 Hours of Sales Office)

About the Role

As an Independent Sales Agent youll be responsible for generating new business securing contracts and identifying upsell opportunities. Youll work closely with the Director of Operations to develop accurate project estimates and ensure smooth deal execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify engage and close new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and upsells.
  • Negotiate contracts while ensuring profitability and longterm revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to structure competitive project estimates.
  • Maintain accurate sales records to track commission eligibility.
  • Work independently as a 1099 contractor while aligning with company sales objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven success in B2B sales business development or a related field.
  • Strong ability to generate leads negotiate deals and close contracts.
  • Selfmotivated independent and resultsdriven.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Prior experience in commissionbased or performancedriven sales preferred.
  • Must reside within 2 hours of the sales office for occasional inperson meetings.
