Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AEM Principal Architect to join a highly skilled team at Novo Nordisk. This role involves designing developing and deploying web content management solutions using Adobe AEM ensuring that business requirements are met through technical expertise and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into appropriate WCM solutions using proven methods and models.
- Evaluate existing infrastructure capacity and performance planning for future needs.
- Assess technology/tools and identify suitable solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in solution design and planning.
- Conduct impact analysis on infrastructure due to project requirements.
- Advise clients on implementation strategies performance tools deployment and operations.
- Assess nonfunctional requirements and propose solutions covering availability backup capacity performance redundancy scalability supportability risks and cost models.
- Work closely with clients developers system administrators and business analysts to build AEMWCM solutions.
- Architect solutions integrating thirdparty systems with Adobe CQ.
- Conduct demos and POCs for clients.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
- Contribute handson as needed while leading technical activities.
Requirement Qualifications:
- 12 years of Java/J2EE solution design and development experience on JCRbased WCM products.
- 5 years of core experience developing digital consumer experiences using Adobe AEM or similar WCM/ECM products.
- 5 years of experience in multisite and multichannel delivery personalization/targeting content aggregation & syndication multilingual support automated workflow management and social media integration.
- Expertise in CMS Design CRX CQ WCM DAM and Social Collaboration.
- Strong understanding of web technologies: XML XHTML JavaScript jQuery HTML5 JSP.
- Experience with RESTful web services and deep knowledge of Java Java EE Servlets JSP Tag Libraries JSTL and enterprise Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
- Handson experience with Apache Sling JCR & JSR170/283 JSR168/286 and Apache Felix.
- Proficiency in Day CQ foundational concepts and a solid understanding of AEM building blocks.
- Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Clientfacing and interfacing skills.
- Experience with Agile Development Methodology (Scrum Master experience preferred).
