Key Responsibilities :
Location Pune
Key Responsibilities :
- Collecting TNI from Department Heads and Plant Heads in line with business requirement
- Support in develop & implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with Organizational goals
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs including leadership development technical skills training and soft skills development
- Manage and maintain a curriculum catalogue ensuring relevance and effectiveness
- Facilitate learning programs workshops and webinars
- Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics and analytics to inform future learning initiatives
- Manage the learning and development budget ensuring effective use of resources
- Partner with external vendors and consultants to deliver learning programs. Develop internal trainer
