Job Description

Be a strong contributor to the management team and coworkers provide HR subject matter expertise process HR operations matters and ensure that the HR strategies are put into practice in the most effective as well as efficient way in order to fulfil the purpose of HR functions.

 

Your assignment

  • Support recruitment process including posting of job advertisement screening resume and scheduling interviews.
  • Support and coordinate onboarding programme for new recruits with managers by preparing welcome pack and organize onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Ensure offboarding and exit interview process appropriately handled.
  • Maintain an accurate HRIS and coworkers Pfile updates.
  • Contribute actively in supporting and coordinating Learning and Development activities (Inhouse and Public Training).
  • Prepare and submit HR related monthly reports (Compile Recruitment KPI and turnover report Copier Machine Report Sickness Hour Report).
  • Support and coordinate coworkers welfare engagement programme employee relation activities and meeting.
  • Support Managers in managing coworker disciplinary matters and ensuring a healthier as well as high performing workplace.
  • Improve and contribute to our employer branding by developing creative posting strategies for HR digital platforms that focuses on our culture and values.
  • Point of contact for all Office Management and Administrative matters to keep office as a conducive and great place to work.
  • Support managers in Performance Evaluation and Development processes
  • Any other assignments as and when required from timetotime.

Qualifications :

  • You have at at least 5 years experience in HR function especially recruitment training and development compensation and benefit.
  • Well versed in all local laws governing the Human Resource and workplace.
  • Good in networking and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding creative and able to establish and manage social media and webbased recruiting campaigns in promoting the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires.
  • Project management experience and high comfort level working in a diverse environment.
  • Always practice can do attitude and good problemsolving skills.
  • Willing to work on the weekend shift hours and public holidays.
