Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Content Moderator who is fluent in Italian to join our team. As a Content Moderator you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating usergenerated content on various online platforms to ensure it meets our companys standards and guidelines. This is a fulltime permanent position based in Porto Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review usergenerated content on various online platforms including social media forums and websites.
Ensure that all content meets our companys guidelines and standards.
Identify and remove any inappropriate or offensive content.
Respond to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation.
Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement moderation policies.
Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices in content moderation.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
