Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dialog flow Developer with strong skills in Node.js and expertise in UJET integration to design and implement innovative conversational AI solutions. This onsite role in Atlanta GA offers an exciting opportunity to work on cuttingedge AIdriven projects while collaborating with a dynamic and forwardthinking team.
- Develop implement and maintain conversational AI applications using Google Dialogflow (CX and ES).
- Build and optimize serverside logic and APIs using Node.js for seamless system performance.
- Integrate Dialogflow solutions with UJET Contact Center platforms to create cohesive user experiences.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and QA engineers to deliver highquality solutions.
- Perform system testing debugging and troubleshooting to ensure stability and performance.
- Document workflows technical specifications and system updates.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in conversational AI and propose innovative solutions.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience developing applications using Google Dialogflow (CX and ES).
- Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
- Handson experience with UJET Contact Center integration and APIs.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs webhooks and cloudbased platforms (e.g. Google Cloud AWS).
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks.
- Understanding of conversational AI design principles and NLP concepts.
- Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Experience in machine learning and AI model integration.
- Prior experience in Agile or Scrum team environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
