Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Journey Creation in AJO:
- Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Develop various types of journeys tailored to business needs including onboarding engagement and retention journeys.

Utilization of AJO Functions:
- Effectively use the wait function in AJO to manage timing and sequencing within customer journeys.
- Apply frequency rules to control the number of messages sent to customers ensuring optimal engagement without overcommunication.

Data Ingestion into AEP:
- Ingest and manage data within Adobe Experience Platform.
- Work with various data sources to ensure accurate and timely data integration.

Identity Management:
- Understand and utilize identity graphs to resolve customer identities across different data sources.
- Leverage Adobe Identity Service to maintain accurate and unified customer profiles.

Merge Policies:
- Implement and manage merge policies to ensure data consistency and accuracy within AEP.

Adobe IO:
- Utilize Adobe IO for integrating and extending Adobe solutions.
- Develop and manage APIs and services using Adobe IO.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Strong understanding of identity graphs and identity resolution.
- Experience with data ingestion and management within AEP.
- Familiarity with Adobe IO and API management.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with various data sources and data integration techniques.
- Knowledge of merge policies and data consistency practices.
- Ability to design and implement effective customer journeys.
