Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

New Grad Mentorship: Formal inperson mentorship dedicated documentation time weekly clinical meetings and structured onboarding for new PTs.
Client LAB: Inperson clinical education during normal work hours plus quarterly offsite guest lecturers.
Provide comprehensive patient assessments treatment planning and individualized care.
Implement evidencebased physical therapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in outpatient and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Develop and update care plans and discharge plans to facilitate smooth patient transitions.
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Graduate of an accredited university with a Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (APTA recognized).
Current Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Experience in outpatient or orthopedic rehabilitation preferred but new grads are encouraged to apply!
