The company is looking for an experienced Concrete Construction Superintendent to oversee projects in North Dakota. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to supervise multiple construction projects ensuring efficiency quality and safety at every stage.
Desired Skills
- Experienced Leader: Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete flatwork supervision
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in concrete forming finishing site work and safety management
- Bilingual Preferred: Spanish/English a plus for effective team leadership
- ProblemSolver: Able to make critical decisions under pressure
- Strong Communicator: Coordinates effectively with project managers and crews
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively and stay onsite for the duration of each project.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher
- Proficiency in construction tools miniexcavators skid steers and concrete pouring
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50100 lbs
- Strong leadership time management and delegation skills
- Any OSHA training ACI certifications CDL etc. are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise concrete flatwork crews to ensure safety efficiency and quality
- Read and interpret construction plans to execute projects effectively
- Coordinate with Project Managers Estimators and Operations teams
- Plan and manage daily labor materials and equipment needs
- Ensure all job sites comply with OSHA safety standards
- Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain timelines and budgets
