Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar highend hotel gastro pub or restaurant.
Background in rosettelevel or fine dining kitchens with a strong focus on fresh locally sourced ingredients.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train manage and develop a kitchen team.
Strong understanding of GP control stock management and kitchen operations.
Ability to deliver exceptional dishes under pressure while maintaining consistency.
