La risorsa si occuper:
fornir supporto tecnico alla clientela
fissaggio appuntamenti con clienti e/o tecnici e gestione del centralino
Si richiedono:
diploma di scuola superiore o qualifica professionale
competenze informatiche di base
doti comunicative
team work e doti di problem solving
