Job Title: BPO Voice and NonVoice Process with Communication Skills Location: Gurugram Haryana India Salary: 20000 per month Job Type: Fulltime (Remote option not available) Experience: Minimum 1 year Roles & Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively to meet client expectations. Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner. Manage nonvoice processes including but not limited to email support and chat services. Maintain documentation of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and targets. Facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Continuously improve service quality through feedback and training. Mandatory Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills. At least 1 year of experience in BPO voice or nonvoice processes. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment. Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with call center software. Strong problemsolving skills detailoriented and good organizational skills. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements: Bachelor s degree in any field preferred. Prior experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies. Strong team player with a proactive attitude towards work.
