Job Description

The HVAC Technical Support Specialist at Bathica Corporation provides expert assistance to customers technicians and internal teams by troubleshooting HVAC (Ducted & NonDucted Heat Pump Systems) offering guidance on installation and maintenance and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problemsolving.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Assistance & Troubleshooting

  • Provide remote support via phone email and chat to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues.
  • Guide customers and technicians through system troubleshooting repairs and maintenance.
  • Assist with warranty claims returns and replacement parts identification.

Installation & Maintenance Support

  • Offer guidance on HVAC system installation configuration and best practices.
  • Provide recommendations for proper maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.

Customer Support & Training

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions or webinars for customers and technicians on system functionality and troubleshooting. (Some travel required)
  • Maintain technical documentation FAQs and training materials.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering sales and customer service) to address product issues and improvements.
  • Document common technical issues and resolutions to enhance support efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding recurring technical concerns.

Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated on new HVAC technologies product updates and industry trends.
  • Participate in training programs and factory visits to enhance technical expertise.

Qualifications :

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems for tracking customer interactions.
  • Minimum 4 years of field experience.
  • Certifications (e.g. EPA 608 NATE Red Seal) are a plus.


Additional Information :

Salary Range $70000 $80000
