Your new role
We are looking for a Manager Project Framework & Project Risk Management to take ownership of Rambolls Project Framework and project risk management processes and products that support it. You will be a key driver of project excellence ensuring our teams have the right tools governance and mindset to deliver outstanding projects for our clients.

In the role you will lead a team of skilled business analysts ensuring they thrive and make an impact and inspire and collaborate with other process and product owners across Ramboll. You will also shape and improve our project governance and risk processes ensuring they are efficient intuitive and futureproof. Further you will engage with senior stakeholders across global business areas ensuring alignment and buyin.

Your Key Responsibilities:
As our new Manager Project Framework & Project Risk Management you will:

• Be a process and product owner  take ownership of Rambolls Project Framework and project risk management processes and products that support it.
• Drive a strong Project Excellence culture making it easy for teams to deliver successful highquality projects.
• Be a connector and influencercollaborate across Finance Legal HSEQ IT and Compliance to ensure governance works seamlessly.
• Streamline and optimizesimplify workflows remove bottlenecks and introduce AI and automation to reduce admin burdens.
• Enable datadriven decisionmaking ensuring that leaders have the right insights for continuous improvement.
• Bring people togetherwork with Process Leads across global business areas to ensure adoption and engagement.

What you bring

• Background in project and risk management ideally with experience in ISO 9001 and governance.
• Certified Project Manager (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience leading and developing teams coaching them to success.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skillsyou love optimizing processes and automating workflows.
• Excellent communication skillsyou know how to engage influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
