SENCO Vibrant Secondary School Swindon September Start

Location: Swindon
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: Competitive Based on Experience

Your Role as SENCO:

Lead the SEND Strategy Oversee and enhance the schools SEND provision ensuring it is aligned with best practices.
Work with Teachers Provide training advice and support to teachers to ensure highquality teaching for SEND students.
Create Individual Plans Develop and monitor Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and other tailored interventions.
Build Relationships Collaborate with external agencies parents and carers to improve student outcomes.
Monitor Progress Use data and assessments to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Who Were Looking For:

SENCO Qualification (or working towards it) National Award for SEN Coordination is desirable.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience in teaching SEND students is highly preferred.
Passionate About Inclusion A commitment to ensuring every student has access to highquality education.
Strong Leadership Skills The ability to lead a team and implement schoolwide improvements.
Enhanced DBS Check Or willingness to apply.
