Deliver HighQuality Lessons Teach engaging and accessible lessons for students with additional learning needs.
Provide Individualized Support Develop and implement personalized learning plans.
Collaborate with Staff and Specialists Work closely with SENCOs TAs and external professionals to support students.
Support Social and Emotional Development Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
Monitor and Assess Progress Use assessments to track students achievements and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Or equivalent with experience in SEN.
Passion for Inclusion A commitment to supporting students with additional needs.
Strong Adaptability and Patience Ability to differentiate lessons and provide individualized support.
Excellent Communication Skills To work effectively with students parents and colleagues.
Enhanced DBS Check Or willingness to apply.
