Your Role as Head of Science:
Lead and Inspire the Science Team Manage a team of passionate teachers to deliver an outstanding curriculum.
Drive Innovation Implement engaging and innovative teaching strategies to enhance student achievement.
Develop the Science Curriculum Ensure highquality challenging and inclusive learning experiences.
Mentor and Support Staff Provide professional development and guidance to teachers within the department.
Monitor Student Progress Use data and assessments to ensure students achieve their full potential.
Who Were Looking For:
Experienced Science Teacher Proven track record of excellent classroom teaching and student outcomes.
Leadership Experience Previous departmental leadership experience preferred but not essential.
Passion for Science Education Ability to inspire both students and staff.
Strategic and Organised Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
