Are you passionate about security risk and compliance Do you want to play an active rolein securing financial technology by ensuring compliance with industry standardsQuartr is nowlooking for a handson Infosec (GRC) specialist to help us build a strong security foundation for compliance to ensure that we achieve and maintain the crucial certification SOC2.
About the team
This is a new crossfunctionrolein Quartr involving close collaboration withboth technical and nontechnical teams in Stockholm.
What youll do
As an Infosec specialist(GRC) youll play a key role in developing and optimizing Quartr security and compliance strategies. Youll collaborate closely with engineering product and leadership teams to establish policies conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to security best practices.
What will help you succeed
- 35 years ofexperience in security compliance framework SOC 2
- Experienceinworking handson withgovernance risk and compliance roles within a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Strong knowledge incloud security (preferably AWS) and security frameworks (ISO 27001 NIST CIS etc.).
- Experience working with security tools like SIEM vulnerability management and risk assessment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and drive security initiatives in a fastpaced startup or scaleup environment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across technical and nontechnical teams.
- Security certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM CISA) are a plus but not required
- Its a pluswith experience from security incident response and security awareness training and DevSecOps principles
Note: This roleisbased in Sweden with a valid work permit. We are also not looking for consultants or help from recruitment agencies.
