Job Description
The short version:
Hourly rate 12.33ph
Where Onsite at our Rainham warehouse
Hours per week 37.5 hours per week or less
Shift patterns Monday Friday between 7am and 4pm
Length of contract Permanent
Bike Club Introduction
At Bike Club we offer subscriptions for childrens bikes that grow with your kids. Families pay a monthly fee and when their children outgrow their bikes we exchange them for a larger size. We refurbish the used bikes and make them available to other families. Its sustainable and hasslefree.
With over 80000 bikes we are the secondlargest bike rental network globally and the largest in the childrens bike sector. With over $50 million in funding we are rapidly expanding across Europe. While our headquarters is in the United Kingdom we are already active in Germany and Austria.
Tasks
The Key responsibilities:
- Goods in Receive unpack arrange and store goods
- Goods out Gather pack prepare and load goods for dispatch.
- Bike preparation Ensure bikes are clean and prepped for our mechanics.
- Inventory Stock control and counts for audits.
- Health and safety Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
- Ready to pedal into a role thats as dynamic as Bike Club itself Join us make an impact and lets inspire tomorrows cyclists together!
Requirements
What Are We Looking For:
Are you passionate about cycling sustainability and getting your hands dirty Bike Club leading the charge in childrens bike subscription services is hunting for dedicated warehouse operatives to rev up the operations for our UK cyclists. No formal experience required if youre passionate about bikes and are eager to learn new skills this could be the job for you!
