Job Description
Job Title: Permanent Respiratory Therapist (RT)
Location: Phillipsburg NJ 08865
Pay Rate: $40.00 $45.00/hr
Job Type: Fulltime
Shift: 8.00AM 4:30PM
Guarantee Hours: 35 hours
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate treat and manage patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Administer therapies such as oxygen nebulizer treatments and ventilator support.
- Conduct diagnostic tests (e.g. spirometry arterial blood gases) and adjust treatments based on patient response.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and adjust treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in New Jersey.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
