Job Description
We are seeking skilled and dedicated AV Technicians to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As an AV Technician you will be responsible for operating maintaining and repairing audio visual and lighting equipment throughout our facility. This role requires a detailoriented and customerfocused individual who can efficiently manage various AVrelated tasks while ensuring optimal performance of all equipment.
- Operate maintain and repair all audio visual and lighting equipment
- Respond promptly to work requests prioritizing those related to health and safety
- Address guest requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Implement and follow preventive maintenance routines to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Evaluate and respond to equipment usage and energy efficiency concerns
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation including work orders log books and safety records
- Participate in the emergency response team as directed
- Collaborate with the AV Supervisor and team members to complete assigned tasks
- Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and best practices
- Ensure all work follows safe work practices and procedures
Qualifications :
- Secondary School diploma plus Technical College degree or equivalent in AudioVisual Technology or a related field
- Proven experience in operating maintaining and repairing audio visual and lighting equipment
- Knowledge of modern facility AV systems and setups
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Customerfocused mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Basic English language proficiency both verbal and written
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to AV equipment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
