Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Advisor to provide strategic insights and guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consulting process improvement and digital transformation. This role involves advising businesses on operational efficiencies growth strategies and leveraging technology for success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct indepth business process analysis and recommend improvement strategies.
Provide advisory services on digital transformation operational efficiencies and revenue growth.
Collaborate with clients to develop customized business solutions and strategies.
Support organizations in aligning business objectives with technology solutions.
Deliver strategic guidance on best practices for workflow automation and integration.
Assist in presales activities including solution presentations and proposal development.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative business recommendations.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Advisor Consultant or similar role.
Strong understanding of business process optimization and strategy development.
Experience in digital transformation and IT advisory roles.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Zoho or ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
Knowledge of financial and operational business metrics.
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
Project management experience.
Matric and diploma / Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. EXPERIENCE (PRACTICAL ON-THEJOB EXPERIENCE) 3-5 years experience administering an ERP system. Experience with ERP Systems advantageous Experience in, report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modelling advantageous. Must have experience managing projects, setting up, deployment of information systems. Experience in Microsoft 365 products and Business reporting Tools/Solutions will be advantageous KEY COMPETENCIES Knowledge (what must I know): Computer Literate Excel ERP systems Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display) Have a good understanding of business processes and the documentation thereof. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
