- Transfer existing documentation from the wiki and Google Drive to Confluence ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to gather input on the desired folder structure within Confluence.
- Provide feedback on the current documentation structure and suggest improvements for consistency and comprehensiveness.
- Work closely with team members to ensure the documentation transfer process is smooth and efficient.
- Proven experience as a technical writer with a focus on Confluence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create clear concise and accurate documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with documentation transfer processes and template creation.
- Experience with architectural diagrams and the ability to collaborate with team members on this task.
- Knowledge of Google Drive and wiki documentation systems
