Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented MidLevel Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing documentation in Confluence with a focus on transferring and standardizing documentation from various sources.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage templates for documentation transfer including meeting notes standard operating procedures and data tables.
  • Transfer existing documentation from the wiki and Google Drive to Confluence ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather input on the desired folder structure within Confluence.
  • Provide feedback on the current documentation structure and suggest improvements for consistency and comprehensiveness.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure the documentation transfer process is smooth and efficient.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a technical writer with a focus on Confluence.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create clear concise and accurate documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with documentation transfer processes and template creation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with architectural diagrams and the ability to collaborate with team members on this task.
  • Knowledge of Google Drive and wiki documentation systems
