Job Description
We are seeking a highenergy resultsoriented Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial team with a 1 year fixedterm contract in Istanbul office and execute the following responsibilities:
- Track order processes ensure timely delivery and follow up on all orderrelated processes
- Evaluate customer complaints and resolve them professionally
- Implement brand service strategies
- Implement initiatives that improve the service provided to customers and the speed of response
- Proactively discuss supply chain issues and provide alternatives
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets
- Perform other duties related to the Customer Service department.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- 2 years Customer Service or related experience is a plus.
- Good level of English both written & oral
- Strong written verbal and telephone skills.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Detailed oriented and good followup skills.
- Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues.
