Fully Remote HQ in Berlin Fulltime
Were a seedstage healthtech startup with a mission to prevent diseaseand we just secured funding to take our vision to the next level.
If youre a selfdriven Mid/Senior Product Designer who thrives in ambiguity loves datadriven design and wants to work on complex healthcare problems this is for you.
Were a small but mighty team headquartered in Berlin with team members across Germany the UK and Spain. Our two female founders bring deep expertise from medicine (Yaletrained cardiac surgeon) and business (exinvestment banker)and together theyre on a mission to help people detect diseases early before they progress.
Were looking for a Mid/Senior Product Designer to take ownership of the entire user experience and product lifecycle. Youll be designing for a truly unique spacea mix of physical and softwarewith a heavy focus on data visualization to help employers make sense of complex health data. You will be the only designer in the team.
We are happy to hire globally if the timezone is up to /4h from CET.
Tasks
What Youll Do
- Own and shape the design process from user research to final UI
- Design both physical and software experiences ensuring a seamless flow between the two
- Develop clear impactful data visualizations that help employers understand health markers
- Run user research & experiments to validate ideas and improve usability
- Collaborate closely with product engineering and the founders to define product direction
- Work autonomously and drive design decisionsno one will tell you what to do; we shape the company together
- Build the foundations of our design function with the opportunity to grow lead the design team as the business grows
Who You Are

- Youre comfortable with datawhether its user behaviour health metrics or A/B tests
- You have experience designing for complex systemsideally products with data visualization and complex interdependency between health data and other metrics
- You move fastyoure comfortable with iteration and experimentation
- You have a growth mindset you see stressful situations as an opportunity for growth and building resilience
- You care about impactyou want to design products that genuinely improve peoples health
- You have an integrative approach to worklife balance we are very flexible and reasonable but startups go through crunch times where we need all hands on deck
Requirements
What Youll Need
- 3 years of experience in product design (startup experience a plus)
- Experience in earlystage startups
- Experience designing from scratch complex systems with data interdependencies
- Experience with UX research prototyping and UI design
- Experience in designing Landing Pages and commercial materials
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams (engineers PMs and leadership)
- The required work permit in the country you are in
- Professional English level
