Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Lansing. This role requires a strong background in process flow documentation and requirement gathering with a focus on both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. The position demands inperson collaboration with a hybrid schedule of onsite work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document AsIs and ToBe process flows.
- Collect and document business requirements effectively.
- Write detailed Epics Features and User Stories.
- Utilize Microsoft Office particularly Visio for process flow creation.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding gaming activities.
