699F Rehab Svcs Op Physical Therapist
Min of 2 years of experience within specialty.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
1. Masters Degree in Medical Physics or related field.
2. Certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
3. Must be ABR certified or eligible
OutPatient PT with strong orthopedic and spine experience needed; able to see post CVA pts as well.
