Job Description
This is a remote position.
Role: Sr. Associate FP& A
Responsibilities
1) Work with internal teams to build their annual budgets and forecasts
2) Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the businesss medium to long term financial and strategic plan
3) Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting factors
4) Commentary to the Leadership team
5) Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance through KPIs
6) Developing online and realtime dashboards
7) Utilising BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
8) Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product/department performance and results
9) Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost centre results vs the budget and previous period actual results
10) Preparing business cases to support new investment strategic and other business decisions
11) Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
12) Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction and streamlining operations
13) Ownership of the Fund Utilisation Certificate (FUC) process
14) Support other Finance team members to achieve department goals
Requirements
1) MBA or BBA with minimum of 2 years of relevant analytical experience
2) Significant analytical skillset including the utilisation of BI and reporting tools
3) Strong quantitative abilities
4) Able to solve complex problems
5) Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
6) Strong interpersonal skills
7) High level of commercial acumen
8) Advanced computer software skills including writing macros in Excel and other accounting packages including Tally ERP / Tally Prime
