Job Description

A facility located near Montpelier VT is seeking an HR Manager to join their growing team!

Pay: $70000 $110000 / annually

HR Manager Opportunity:

  • Fulltime directhire opportunity
  • Monday Friday (100% onsite)
  • Setting: Hospital

HR Manager Responsibilities:

  • The HR manager conducts compensation and classification reviews; performs job analyses; establishes job requirements and standards; develops job descriptions and determines the appropriate classification and placement of jobs
  • Conducts exit interviews and reports trends to senior leadership
  • Assists in new employee onboarding and orientation
  • Oversees the retirement plan in coordination with our benefits broker and third party administrator for the 403(b) and 457(b)

HR Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent related work experience
  • 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Manager role
  • Professional certification (PHR/SPHR and/or SHRMCP/SHRMSCP) strongly preferred
