- A minimum of 10 years experience and expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Functional
- A minimum of 10 years PeopleSoft HCM Technical experience
- A minimum of 10 years experience and expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules such as HR Compensation Position Management Talent Acquisition ESS/Client Performance Learning Management and more.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
