The Logistics Operations Analytic Specialist will play a crucial role in managing datadriven projects focused on reporting capacity utilization inventory analysis and collaboration with external vendors and site operations teams. Works directly with the customer and stakeholders to deliver ontime program results across the network influence decisions through collaboration and leadership with a customerfocused approach. The role also includes responsibility for inventory data analysis utilization and capacity challenges as well as continuous improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build customer relationship and provide excellent customer service understanding their needs and goals
- Identify and address issues that may impact customer satisfaction and work on solutions to improve the overall customer experience
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities identified from completing order trend and outbound performance analysis
- Conduct indepth analysis of warehouse capacity utilization identifying trends bottlenecks and provides recommendations for improvement
- Support in the development and updating of weekly reports dashboards and presentations that provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders particularly outbound order and transportation trends
- Build strong partnerships with 3PL (thirdparty logistics) vendors ensuring data transparency and facilitating effective collaboration on capacity optimization initiatives
- Partner with Site Operations Project Managers to translate datadriven insights into actionable plans and support the execution of capacityrelated projects
- Work directly with 3PLs planning team on order prioritization
- Coordination and execution on consolidation opportunities to help increase capacity
- Tracking & monitoring inbound/outbound material moves
- Drive partner teams to stay up to date with slip code reasoning
- Aggregate slip code information to help derive meaningful insights and trends
- Continuously develop your individual knowledge of logistics trends data analytics and general business acumen to benefit the customer and your personal career development
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Data Analytic related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years logistics supply chain large scale warehouse operations or related experience
- 1 years experience with problem solving and story telling via data analysis
- Advanced in using SQL and data visualization tools for data analysis and information sharing
- Advanced in using Google Suite tools including Google Sheets Excel (Lookups tables) for data analysis
- Advanced customer service skills including ability to listen comprehend effectively communicate clearly
- Intermediate project management skills setting timelines managing resources and tracking progress
- Knowledge of Kaizen Lean Six Sigma
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- A proactive and resultsoriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Risk sensitive recognizes when problems arise or are likely to arise
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team
